Personal Training at The Fitness Studio Lewes is at an enhanced level as it includes a Functional Movement Screening Assessment in order to understand your body's movement and weaknesses. Attention to detail and expert instruction will provide a natural balancing of movement and co-ordination.

We design a Nutrition Plan with your exact requirements in mind. All meals are worked out at a perfect balance of 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 30% fat. We give you a food list which has been designed to create the best results of splitting up your food into top choices, average choices and poor choices. We have taken into consideration the glycemic index of the food listed.

This Nutrition Plan, together with the food lists, will provide you with all the information to live a healthier lifestyle and enhance your fitness.

All sessions are tailored to your needs and goals using functional movement and are executed at high intensity to give you the best results.
Each session is constantly varied making your training interesting and enjoyable whilst achieving your fitness goals.

To commence your training at The Fitness Studio Lewes sessions are 30 for one hour. Two sessions and over within one week are discounted to 25 each session.


Group Training

Small Group Training offers a unique opportunity to explore a new dimension of fitness by merging Group Fitness and Personal Training. We offer Fitness Yoga and Pilates as small group training.

Fitness yoga

Fitness yoga is a discipline that combines stretching, strength training and synchronized breathing.

The programme is a progressive and continuous series of postures. Practising this form of yoga will improve strength, flexibility, posture and help you move more efficiently.

Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates which emphasises the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient graceful movement.

Your posture in everyday life will improve as you strengthen the body's central core muscles. Those with back problems will learn to build their weaker muscles while protecting the spine and relieving strain on injured areas.

This is a great advantage to get all the benefits from Personal Training, Pilates and Fitness yoga whilst sharing the cost with a friend as sessions are 35 per hour.
